I once wrote a press release stating that I was going to end the Forest of Caves books in 2009, but I have decided to continue on with the title for upcoming poetry books for years to come. I may indeed come up with other possible titles, but for now, that is my decision.

Writing to me is like those who drink more then eight glasses per day; not only is it needed, it is a part of me that I will continue to pursue within until I pass on from this mortal cocoon that we call a body.

THE DREAMER IS STILL ASLEEP- PART II

If you have not read “the Dreamer is Still Asleep” then I suggest you do. I have decided to begin working on part II of the Dreamer is Still Asleep and I find that this part of the series will indeed enlighten you a bit about what Johnathon is going through during his horror that you read… It is not what you think, trust me on that. And I do mean “Trust me”. (Chuckles). You will be very surprised on what happens in this next part of the series. But I will not give you exact details to what Johnathon is REALLY going through; you will just have to wait and see… and until then, please do read the Dreamer is Still Asleep, if you have yet to do so. I am certain you will enjoy what lies within the pages of Part I of the series.

SOUTHERN GOTHICKS/NORTHERN GOTHICKS

Lately, I have been so wound up with trying to find work, that I have yet to really work on these two novels. So I have been letting them collect dust and on the back burner, but rest assured, I will indeed soon let you know when I begin to work on them again. I will in fact post an unreleased and NEVER BEFORE read excerpt here, and only here. Please read below:

(AN EXCERPT FROM THE BOOK “SOUTHERN GOTHICKS”)

‘Yeah, sounds good Raven. Check this shit out. Something happened at the

Redlands cemetery last night.’ Peter said glued to the television.

‘I came in this morning at around five, so it was still kind of dark.’ The guard being

interviewed said. ‘Driving down the road I noticed I ran over something. So, I got

out and noticed this mess all piled up. Ah, at first I thought it was just some animal

body parts, but then I noticed some thing a bit in front of me. Sure enough, it was

human.’

Rob asked the guard another question. ‘Do you think this is cult oriented Gene?’

‘Well, I’m sure it is, who else would tear the guts out of someone and pile them all

up? Sure as hell not me!’

Rob looks into the camera, with a non-emotional look, speaks.

‘Officers and officials believe this may be connected to the Soul Catcher killings in Moreno Valley

also. Still no suspects reported. Back to you Bob.’
